This video of George W Bush shows us the man has no sense of rhythm. He throws himself around like a sheet in the wind. Lacking coordination, timing and any sense of awareness or empathetic understanding for those moving and making sound around him. He fumbles between gestures, grasping for something that catches his attention, drops it and moves on to the next thing with an equal amount of clumsiness.
